False advertising

To whom it may concern

I have received the local paper and have seen an adverti*****t that says buy an iPhone 6 and get 1 free for only R199 a month when I go to the store it's been said there has been an error.. How is that our fault?? We were mislead we traveled so far to get that and thats what has been said... Why isn't it being honored as we are the customers that makes the business a success to trade it is not what a customer sees is what a customer gets according to the CPA act is supposed to be honored please look into this as it is not our fault that you guys did the wrong
