False advertising

Refering to flyer received from Game advertising specials for their 49th birthday.

Game Welkom

Specials were not even launched the morning of the promotions launch date. Had to constantly refer to the flyer to get price from sales associates. But none the less, what angers me the most is putting in a days leave to drive from Kroonstad to Welkom to get the iphone 6 contract that was advertise 2 phones for R199 x 24 months.

Cellulare consultant advised me that it was Incorrectly advertised and its infact R399 over 24 months? Upon calling customer care they did appologise for the adverti*****t. Is there really no way that customers quiring this can be helped other than an appology.

What a waist of time and petrol for an appology. Will definatly not be supporting Game again. Left very dissapointed and will be advising family and friends not to bother waisting time supporting this retailer.
