False advertising

This is really uneccassary, time wasting. Game advertised a Seagate 4TB. 3.5 hard rive for R1549. I went to clear water yesterday and purchased one. To my surprise when I plugs it in the space was 1.63TB. I don't have the time to be driving up and down. Cars do not drive on water and my time I'll never get back. This is false advertising and I really don't need **** like this in my life. How do u advertise something and it's not the real thing. Chances are I won't even find stock as ur staff give incorrect info over the phone and when we get to the store it's a different ball game. I drove to 3 different malls for this thing and it's still the wrong thing. So what will u do to fix my problem.
