False advertising

So guys im writing this review so you guys aware of games false advertising, i was yesterday at makro crown mines where i had seen they have the sinotec 65" tv for R9999.99 and game had it for R10 999.99, so i had the game paper in the car and remembered that they have the if you find it cheaper they will beat it, to my suprise i opened the paper and know on all they phamplets that have been distributed across the country states that if you find it cheaper we will beat that price and still take 10% of that price you found it for, so to my suprise im like cool, get to game store lenasia speak to deon who was very helpful i wont lie until it came down to the beat it price and so forth, he did make me upset on the point that he said he can loose the sale, us as people look at others experiences on customer service before we purchase, so i said it works word to mouth, my bad experience could stop a family member and than they family member and so on and before you know it a ripple effect kicks in, to which he states if it happens than its to bad like losing customers in this economy is ok for them, so anyway i took the proof and they called makro to confirm as its protocol, everything gets done they come back and say they will match that price and the 10% so im like cool so basic maths game has it at R10999.99 makro R9999.99 so as they policy goes they will match the price and beat it and take the 10% so it should be makro price minus 10% which would bring the total to R9000.00, so when they come to let me sign and so forth they tell me that no it doesnt work like that it works that the difference between the the 2 amounts will take the 10% which is a difference of 1000 between game and makro so you will only get 100 rand less, yet i went through all they terms and conditions and even asked them to show me where this states and yet no one could produce such a document stating this at all, i can gurantee you that they wont even bother to reply to this or even take it serious cause i seen the attitude of some of the employees at game, only that guy deon tried his best to assist in the matter.
