False advertising

My sister purchased a laptop on 23 November 2018. According the deal advertised the laptop included a mouse. We assumed that it would be in the box, but it was nit included. My sister spoke the following day to the sales lady indicated on the slip and she was unable to assist.

I have sent a mail to ********** but have had no response in two days. Please advise on the way forward.
