False advertising.
Game advertised a Philips food processor at a price of R299. As per advert, prices were valid as of 24may2018. Went to purchase the item today, 24 may 2018, however, game refused to sell the item at he advertised price of R299, reason being that the deal was incorrectly advertised at that price(Mis-print).
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint with reference *** and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
It is with regret to inform you that a print error did occur, GAME will not be able to grant/offer the product at the indicated price.
The correct price is R799 each, as stipulated with the in store signage & the comp**** Apology documents is in place in the store.
