False advertising

Saw a Telefunken 39inch TV for R2999 on Game online on the 28/01/18 and wanted to buy it for my sister for a housewarming gift. Tried to purchase over 2 days with no luck. After several failed attempts and calls to various stores, I called on line support. Was advised this could be a marketing error as they were unable to locate the product. Was transferred to HO, retold my story, was asked to send an email for further investigation by management. This was the 31/01/18. I have since only received acknowledgement of receipt and no further communication regarding their false advertising and gross misrepresentation.
