False Advertising

At 00:05 on Black Friday the doors of Game Zevenwacht Mall opened, being one of the five stores in the Western Cape that would be opening just after midnight, I was there to purchase the PS4 bundle (500GB gaming console, 3games, 1 controller, and a PSN voucher) that was advertised at R3899 (Item no: 759278). I made my way straight to the gaming section only to find no PS4 Bundles. After looking around asking four different members of staff where the consoles are they all pointed me in the same direction which i already searched top to bottom, with all the madness around the store it seems they failed to notice that there were no consoles. I made my way to the front desk to have a word with one of the managers. Bradley De Wee assisted myself and six other gentlemen (who also came with the sole intention of purchasing the PS4 bundle) by informing us that they do not have any stock. Keep in mind and I quote "Stocks are limited. Deals available in-store only. 24 November only" Game Zevenwacht you did not have any stock to begin with. That on its own is unacceptable. I was offered to pay for the product and collect it once the stock arrives. I followed up the following day to find out when the stock would be expected as that was not advised when making the payment, I was informed by the gentleman that works in the gaming department that delivery would only be expecting in 2weeks time, i asked to speak to the manger and told her that this will not be acceptable she informed me that she will follow up on Monday when the Head Office is open and provide me with feedback once she has confirmed with them. I did not receive a call from her or anyone else for that matter, I called in again Monday afternoon only to find out nothing has been done I was once again promised a call back, details were taken again but still no follow up. This is not customer service, I should have definitely spent my money elsewhere. To top it all off when i checked may receipt I saw that I was over charged by R100. Game Zevenwacht what Mickey Mouse operation are you guys running? FALSE ADVERTISING! NO STOCK! FAILURE TO DELIVER IN ALL ASPECTS!
