False Advertising

Game store Eastern Cape is advertising a 2 for 1 special which include 2 x Telefunken 10.1 3G Wi-Fi tablet bundle with 500megabytes topup data for R149.00. I phoned the 2 Game stores in Port Elizabeth (Greenacres and Baywest Mall) to find out if they have stock but they informed me that each store will only be receiving 12 units meaning they can only help 6 customers per store. There is customers already preapproved on their system and unfortunately she can not load more customers for approval. To me that means that only 12 people in Port Elizabeth (Port Elizabeth has 2 Game Stores) will be receiving the advertised deals. The advert does not say limited stock, not only 1 deal per costumer or while stock last. This is false advertising and in breach of the CPA act. I have read complaints where clients are saying that they were told they were not approved for a data/tablet deal but they are approved for a cell phone. Is this false advertising to get people to take phone contracts with them? I am greatly disappointed as I always could only speak with grace about Vodacom. Not anymore
