false advertising

Hi Peter<br> i bought a TV at Game Kathu last year and it was advertised with a Web cam then only to find out when i got home there was no camera in the box, i then went back to them then they said they out of stock. i gave them a month chance to get it but instead when i got there they gave me a wrong one Logik web cam, but i bought a JVC so now i ask them when will they give me the right one instead they will send me from pillar to pole. i even contacted JVC then they told me the TV doesn't come out with the camera but i can rather buy it separately and it cost R400 that was last week now this week they said they discontinued those cameras when i wanted to buy it from them as per our agreement with the floor manager of Game. i feel cheated cause i really was looking forward with the TV so i can Skype and do video calls but now I'm lest in the dark and they don't even give a damn.
