False advertising
<p>Hi there, I hope that you are well. I purchased a Chelino baby camp cot this evening and am disappointed that your display model, box and advert on your website clearly shows a toy bar. On phoning the Galleria store I spoke to Charles and he said I could come into the store and collect the missing toy bar. He then phoned me while I was on my way to the store and said the other 2 boxes didn't have a toy bar either so I was no longer going to get one from him as previously agreed. Please kindly advise regarding this toy bar as I feel this is false advertising. I hope that you will assist me urgently with this matter.</p>
I think it's really disgusting behavior that I phone the store to check it does come with a toy bar and then have Charles tell me that it does come with one and I can come back to the store with my proof of purchase...then while on my way back to the store say he actually doesn't think it comes with one and it may be an optional extra but you don't sell them yet the display model has one and I was told that it is supposed to come with one.

Hi, please note that despite a phone call and promises from the manager, this has still not been sorted out. I am extremely disappointed by this.
