Good day

I was looking for a new laptop. Game had the Lenovo Intel Celeron Notebook IdeaPad advertised (17 May 2017) for R3999. The advert stated that it was a 15.6" screen. When i go to the store i was told that it was in fact a 14"screen. I told the manager (Johan Steenekamp) that is was false advertising and i had drove all the way to purchase what was advertised. He said that the Game website had an apology for this - we went into the website and it was not there. He then said that the department had the apology print and stuck up near the laptop. We checked and it was not there. He was proved wrong on 2 occasions. He then said that there was nothing further he can do and that i either puchase the laptop or leave it. He attitude stunk.

My point is that Games should honour the advert or give me a discount on the unit that they want to sell me.....
