False advertising

<p>Game advertised on 10 May 2017 a kreepy krauly swim vac pool cleaner with pool hose for R699. I went to the Hazyvier Game store to buy one. Couldn't find one at that price. On of the employees checked and told me there is no stock and that they do not keep those in stock. Sorry. Then I went to the front desk and queries a man looking as if he could be the store manager. He told me that this store do not get all the items onbthe promotional pamphlet because Game stores in small towns like Hazyview is only B grade stores and not fully A grade stores. So one must expect a b grade store not to have all things that Game advertises. He told me if I want one of those items I have to go get it at one of the A grade stores and suggested Game in Nelspruit. </p> <p>I took time off from work, drew the money from the ATM just to hear this. I can't go to another town. I suggest that in this case you make two seperate pamplets one for each A grade or B grade store and not falsly lure people to your B grade shop. </p> <p>And also do not insert your A grade pamplets in the Hazyview Newspaper also if you know most of the items is only for A grade customers. I wonder who is the A and B grade customers. I wish to wrote a letter to the press also about this. I really demand the product advertised to be made available to the B grade shop as well. What is your answer to this pathetic excuse?</p> <p> </p>
