False advertising

I am super frustrated with Game. We went to buy a cupboard which was advertised for R1399. But when we got their the person firstly did not know what we were talking about and had to go find out tgen came back saying they don't have stock and they only have stock of the more expensive cupboard which is exactly the same size and layout as the one advertised. Now this is not the first time this happens a few months ago, in the beginning of level 4 lockdown the exact same thing happened. I think that they never intended on selling those cupboards at that price. On both occasions i had the sales assistant call to find out which stores in Western Cape has stock and absolutely no one had... How is that even possibl... It is a trick to get customers into the store and once your there you wpuld either settle for the more expensive item or end up with a trolley full of good you didn't actually come for.
