False Advertising

Game Stores have put adverti*****t for Samsung A11 fones but when you get to the store ready to buy, they tell you they having supplier issues.

Followed up with Management at Springs Mall Game he sent me to Carnival Mall Game saying the fone is there, guess what, they told me supplier hasn't delivered yet. This adverti*****t was running last year November or so. Then it was repeated in February special but still no phone at all stores. My question is:Is it fair for one to waste time and money on something that's not in store for months and months yet they keep sending out adverti*****t? Game management promised to call me weeks ago to direct me wer to get de fone but even today nothing.
