False adverti*****t

I went to Game's website as normal to check on their specials and on their Vodacom cell phone broche the was a special on their phones on page 3 .I then called the store in Johannesburg corner President and Rissik and the lady there confirmed the availability of stock for the phone advertised. I even asked her to check the page and confirm the name and she did .To my surprise that when i called their head office to confirm this ,they advised me that the was an error and they have advised all the customers. I was speaking to AMITH who said they had put up poster in their store to advise of the error. My concern is that you guys have falsely advertised this phone and i want the phone shown on the picture and at that price of R169.Games marketing or advertising channels are not solely direct in their stores of which is where they advised of the error . they should have written or advise on the web as well. In normal instances even on TV they do write or say just to rectify the ERROR.As per AMITH i have checked the NCR policy and the is nowhere its says Game can only post their apology in the stores. Until I'm provided with that clause and taking this matter up for false advertin
