Falls advertising

Game store have a promotion that started on the 29 November 2017 and three of the game stores (Rustenburg mall, Rustenburg cbd and Brits ) do not have stock of the 55" Telefunken smart led TV for R4999 and not one of them can tell me when they will get stock in or why they dont have stock. This is the second week that Game advertise this and not one of the three stores have stock, to me this is false advertising. As Game is knowingly advertising stock that is not available. I have email Game stores Head Office they did not even reply back the same with there Facebook page where they asked me for my contact details but no reply after that.
