Faith Restored!

I had a terrible experience at Game Canal Walk a few weeks ago that left me disillusioned, but since then, I have had two managers follow up with me every step of the way - letting me know how they are handling the situation. They were both kind & assured me that what I experienced is definitely not what they strive for as a business. I am so impressed by their communication it has restored my faith in a company I was sure I would never support again. Well done, Game - hold onto the good ones!
