Failure to deliver a washing machine that was paid in full

My husband bought a washing machine at Game in Westgate on 26 November. The sale went through at 08:48am with sales lady Anastasia. They were to deliver the next day which would have been Saturday 27 November. The washing machine was not delivered and we did not get any form of communication from the store. We called on Sunday after they failed to deliver and made arrangements for Tuesday. My husband called on Tuesday 30 November to track the delivery and spoke to Amber-lee who gave him the run around. She took his number and promised to find out and get back to him and never did. It's Thursday and we still don't know what's going on. It's crazy that we are now expected to follow up with them. They don't even bother to call and give us an update. WE WANT OUR WASHING MACHINE!
