Failing to refund after more than two months.

I have been waiting for my refund for more than two months now. All game consultants are doing is playing delaying tactics. They keep people's hard earned money and do not even care enough to give you feedback no matter how may calls you make and emails you send. I really have no idea what kind of business is game, they are happy to keep so many peoples' money, I just saw all their complaints. I am so angry and frustrated, I am never ever buying from game, they are taking their customers for granted. Maybe going on tweeter and sharing this with the media will help. I dont know what to do anymore.
