Failed order - still begging for my refund

Bought a microwave online. The transaction debited but the order failed. I’ve been fighting for MY REFUND for over 5 weeks and they keep wanting a different kind of proof. I’m tired and to be honest, this is theft. They want you to forget and they keep the money.
