failed again and wont catch me again

i posted a hello peter report on the 28th of august 2015.please tell me why game galleria abour town shopping center phoned me on the 17th of September saying that they have a camera flash for me that complained about in my last hello peter report.they said i must speak to danie at game when i get there to pick up the camera flash.i phoned game and said i will pick it on friday.i got to game on friday and asked for danie.i waited at the service counter for 10min before someone asked me if they can help me.i said i wanna speak to danie cause the women said i must speak to him when i get to game as he will have the camera flash.he comes to the front and i explain to him and he does not know a thing about this.he checks the back and no one knows a thing and i say its for a nikon camera.no we do not have stock.we will order it.i left the store and will never go to game again.why would game phone me and say they have it but when i get there no we dont have it and no stock.you have wasted enough time,petrol and parking fees.this is really bad game.im done with this.
