Fail to deliver and empty promises and lies

I bought a fridge on the 29 December 2025 at the Game Pavillion and ordered for delivery, they told me there will bring it a week later, a week passed specifically on the 5th, I called to check they told me the fridge has been sent out for delivery by there outsource Vaule deliveries . The day ended no delivery, I called again and they told by the end of service day they will have delivered and still I didn't receive it, called the 3rd day they transferred me to Vaule , they told me they will start with my delivery and still they didn't deliver. Till today the 9th of December no delivery has been made. I now don't know if they have stole the fridge or if ill ever get my fridge. What a poor service from game Pavillion I'm so disappointed
