Factory fault on small tyres
I bought my son's bicycle (Raleigh 16IN Scrambler Moto Bicycle) on 14 January online at the GAME ONLINE shop, the Bicycle was delivered and after 4 days of my father assembling it - my son started riding it. I am now complaining because 3 days after my 4-year-old son riding the bicycle, the rubbers around the small tyres have started falling out and now he cannot use it. the rubbers are out! How can it be that Game isn't aware of such factory fault? Is it the reason why the put the bicycle up for promotion? to clear stock!?! Please help me replace the small tyres asap. Please Game Online Team

27 Jan 2021, 15:38 How do you explain your training wheels to be spoiling in 3 days?! Is that my problem where you can come tell me about the warranty... I am saying that I am not accepting the fact that they got spoilt in 3 days, meaning there must have been some factory fault. I will not accept that as assistance from Game.
I need assistance on replacement and/ I'll be returning the bicycle back.
So as you provide me with the accessories stock list, what am I buying that is different?! If its a different brand then I'd rather return the bicycle brand I bought holistically and buy a different brand.
