Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful staff at customer care centre.

Product never work from outset, sold me a faulty item. Staff at the store was extremely unhelpful, not wiling to assist, kept find fault with me and trying to pin the fault on me. When I escalated the problem the staff at the store were sitting around laughing and made jokes about the issue. Not trying to sort out my problem or assisting. Staff at Game Canal Walk extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.
