Extremely promp and efficient response!
Yesterday l posted a complaint on Hellopeter re: advertised product out of stock! Last evening l received a response from Game via E-mail ! Very impressive! Then this morning ZODWA 'phoned me regarding my complaint, explaining the situation and the reason for a rain-check being declined! Never-the-less, l still felt disappointed, as it is a product that l use on a regular basis! But ..... Joy of Joys, ZODWA phoned me again this afternoon, to tell me that store manager, Mr NAIDOO, is honouring the out-of-stock product, which l am extremely GRATEFUL for, as it assists be a lot! My FAITH in GAME is restored! To ZODWA and Mr NAIDOO, a BIG THANK-YOU! ZODWA, you have been very POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, OUTSTANDING in your CUSTOMER CONTACT and SERVICE! I am still a very happy GAME customer! Thank-you!
