Extremely poor service from game online

I have had the worst experience ever from Game online, the customer service is pathetic. I placed an order on the 19/11/22 and I cancelled 20/11/22, Till this day my order is still not canceled i don't know how many time s i contacted game each and every time i call they always say its going to be escalated. My order number is #***, today it is more than 2 weeks since i canceled. This is my last attempt after this I will just let things be and let them keep my money its fine i am tired of chasing people around.
