Extremely poor service

I ordered from the online store on 2nd October 2021 and was told it would take 5 to 7 days to arrive. It's now the 18th and I haven't received my goods, then this morning they send me a confirmation of receipt!! I have not received my order from them, how can they send me an email saying I have.
