Extremely poor service at N1 City Game.
Extremely poor service at N1 City Game. Tried for several days to call the store and no one answered. Contacted online support and they could not even get trough.
This is unacceptable service, how are customers supposed to contact the store if no one answers the phone? Where are the department managers?
I will make sure everyone knows about this poor service, rather than go to Makro or Checkers Hyper.
Game is awful.
