Extremely poor customer service - Game N1 City

Paid for an advertised swimming pool on the 30/10/2022 at Game N1 City. The store did not have the advertised product - their excuse was no store received stock, but if I paid for the item it will be available between 1-3 November when the warehouse delivers as the stock is still in the warehouse. Today is the 24/11/2022 and I still did not receive the item I paid for. I escalated the matter to the customer services department - who is trying to help. On numerous occasions I tried speaking to the store manager and he is never available or in the store to take my calls. The store manager told customer services he contacted me - a blatant lie, as no comms was received from the store. This store has a very poor customer service. If there was a 0 star rating Game N1 City will receive it. Game you need to review your store manager at this store, as they don't care about your customers.
