Extremely poor customer service at Game Eastrand Mall.
The management at game in east rand mall don’t care about customers at all. The only person who was willing to assist me had unfortunately limited powers, I was only assisted after waiting for 4 hours whilst the managers just walked past me. At some point I even cried. I don’t think I ever want to set my foot in this store ever again. Thank you Thanya for doing your best while your managers Elsie and Mtshali just walked past me and didn’t give a damn.
