Extremely pathetic service

The service that game stores provides to its customers is extremely pathetic and *********. I do not understand how they run their business with delayed deliveries and zero communication regarding the delays. I placed an order 12 days ago relying on their websites 7 day delivery however the item that was ordered has still not been delivered and the fact that they can't take responsibility and own up to their fault but rather coat it with more lies and **** promises is pathetic. Game is a well known business but this ********* way of them running a business honestly has lowered my regard of this store.
