EXTREMELY IRATE - Order details #*** - NOT RECEIVED

I am extremely disappointed in your service Game. I ordered my son's maths book on the 9th Jan. It is the 23rd Jan and I have yet to receive it. Tonight, I receive an email confirming that I have received my order. Why are you not verying with Dawn Wing courier service before emailing me? Why are you not ensuring that orders are delivered as scheduled by Dawn Wing? I expect my order to be delivered tomorrow by mid day.
