Extremely horrible customer service.

Horrible horrible customer service experience. I received a notification stating that my order was going to be delivered on the 26th of November but till today l haven't received it. I escalated this matter to the customer service representatives and they ****. I even had to call game Soshanguve as l wanted to understand the issue regarding my order and l never got any answers. I even requested to speak to the manager twice but they had to put my phone on hold and after sometime they hang up. If you can't give me what l paid for then just give me my money so that l can use it on other stores as you are not the only store having black friday specials.
