Extremely excellent service received, best service ever

I would like to thank Bassier Ackerman, I went to buy a Master Chef Barbeque Kettle Grill, Bassier came at the was just feeling down that the service is really bad at Game, waited too long with no one to assist me and then someone came and told me he is going to check at the back and came back to say its out of stock, Basssier came exactly in that moment and he said he will also go and check but he also confirmed that its of out stock, first guy just said no i should go to Cape Gate they have lots of stock, little did i know Bassier came back with another guy to say no he wants to double check again just to make sure they really out of stock, waited before i knew it he came back with my Barbeque Kettle Grill I couldn't believe, You could see that he aims to please the clients , he went really an extra mile to make sure he puts a smile in my face. I am grateful I so wish all shop assistants could have the same passion to assist clients. Thank you Bassier you made my day.
