Extremely dissappointed, irratated, angry by broken washing machine GAME KENILWORTH CENTRE

Very disappointed with service received from game Kenilworth , sent multiple emails to two different email addresses and keep getting a response for my contact number and address. Provided contact number and address but nothing further for almost two weeks now. We have a faulty washing machine who needs urgent fixing as we are dependent on it but no response from game.
