It has now been over two weeks since my machine was collected for repair, and I have yet to see it returned. The lack of communication from your company is beyond frustrating—every time I try to get an update, I’m either ignored or given vague excuses.

It is completely unacceptable for you to be in possession of my property for this long, especially when there is no clear timeline for when I can expect it back. It feels like you are refusing to deliver it, and I am left without a vital appliance in my home. This experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before using your service. Return my washing machine immediately!
