Extremely Disappointed
I purchased my child a Christmas present together with an extended warranty and on Christmas day it stopped working. I took it back and got a refund as it was still in the refund clause process of the item itself, but yet I am still waiting for the extended warranty to be refunded. I have been going into the store and asking the consultant that sold me the extended warranty including with follow up calls and getting the run around excuses. I have now been waiting 4 months for the extended warranty to be refunded
I have not received a phone call or an email.
Extremely disappointing and will never take or recommend the external warranty service to anyone as the service that accompanies it is absolutely poor.

When I went to the store it was him that gave me the run around and then the store manager said to give it until Monday 12/05/2025 and then they contacted me 12/05/2025 to provide evidence that they refunded me, the store should have records of what they do. Clearly they don't know how to deal with these kind of issues. I still am not any closer as to I was to start of with.
