Extremely bad service with harassment from Game Jabulani and their customer care does not care

it was the worse decision I made. I am currently being called and harassed since yesterday by a lady who claimed to be working for the Game Jabulani store where I went to purchase a chest freezer. The initial call was that she called for a survey regarding my purchase which she claimed was a Hisense machine. I told her that I bought a chest freezer she then asked for my address stating that they delivered a Hisense. I called their customer care and I did not receive any help there either. Did I make a mistake by buying from this company? Why do I have to be interrogated like this by an anonymous because she refused to prove me with her name? Is this what Game does? Calling back cash-paying customers and harassing them?
