EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE & DELIVERY

I bought a washing machine on the 29th of December and when I asked what time they would deliver it, I was told they would give me a call BEFORE they deliver. On the 30th I received a call from the delivery guys saying hey were OUTSIDE my house and we're VERY rude when I told them I was at work. Worse still, when they eventually delivered the washing machine, after numerous calls, they did not help me set it up. All they did was remove the box. I asked them to help me and they could not be bothered. I know NOTHING about setting up a machine and after spending 3 hours trying to set it up, I still can't use it. I do understand that there is a manual for this, but I'm appalled at the service -I am a young woman who cannot move the washing machine myself and because the bolts are too tough the machine is not stable. It's not the first time I have received BAD service from Game in Gateway mall and this is the LAST time I purchase anything from there!! I need someone to come and install/set up the washing machine otherwise I shall return it and close my account.
