Extremely bad service

<p>I am highly disgusted at the service and lack of client relationship i have recieved. We bought a portable aircon from Game Somerset West Mall with an extened warranty. It stoped working then we returned the item. It took 8 weeks for Game to get back to us , then to tell me if i dont pick it up it will be acutioned off. Once i collected it, i found out it had not been repaired and would not be as i have misplaced my slip but they confirmed they they have all my info (and the extended guarentee) online and can prove i purchased the extended warrenty. I have been at your store 7 times and all i got was a phone number and was told to sort it out myself. This is not service at all!! I am extremely disgsted and want my money back. </p>
