Extremely bad service
Bought and paid for a Samsung 13kg washing machine from Game and when going to collect im told that they dont have stock and that the stores are over selling the product. How can Game sell a product that they don't even have. When you pay a couple thousand rand for a product you expect to be able to get it. Now I'm told to wait 4 to 6 weeks. Never have I experienced such bad management from a store.
