Extremely bad customer to cover them financially they put the stitching of the camping chair under guarantee but not the frame of the chair because they know that the quality of the frame is not good at all which means I must sit with a broken chair inste

I bought four camping chairs at the Cape Gate Game Store 2 November 2024 the one chair’s left arm broke. It is not an expensive chair but they refuse to swop the chair or give my money back rather telling me that the stitching of the chair is under guarantee and not the frame my goodness. I will never buy from them. They know that the frames of these chairs are not good good quality now they’re telling me if it was the stitching which was the problem they would’ve exchange the chair my goodness. It is a different story if it is an old chair it is not even a month old. I’m actually shocked to realise that the stitching of the chair is under guarantee but not the frame because they know that the frames of these chairs is not strong and good quality to make sure that the customer must sit with a broken chair my goodness. I will never ever buy from them never ever again and I bought four of the same chairs from them.
