Extremely bad customer service Game east rand mall

I can't evev rate them 1/2 a star what a terrible lot of people working there. I just had a guy by the name of phulani serve me with such attitude that he actually ended up shouting at me because he does not know about a product i was enquiring about. At the end of the whole conversation he called a customer an Idiot. After spending on a TV and things at game east rand mall gauteng i will never shop at that store again, and when you ask for management you are told there is no one in because they are short staffed. Please don't support Game carnival mall i have taken a video of this guy's behavior and i will be posting it on social
