Extreme bad service at Game Store, Hammanskraal

Molebogeng from Game Hammanskraal turned me away rudely because my card signature did not exactly match with one i did on the card.

Despite me providing identity proof with my ID, driver licence etc, I was rudely turn away. Molebogeng refused to assist me in any form, despite my clearly observable difficult situation. I had a crying baby on me, with a diaper that was full with pee leaking out. He even peed on me in the store. In spite of my difficult situation taking place all inside the Game Store, I was treated with no humanity and no spirit of customer care. I had to wait to be assisted by customer care for over an hour waiting to be varified. At the end, I had to seek assistance from alternative friendlier retail store, and successfully bought a pack of diaper I urgently need from Dischem. While I understand the logic of preventing *****, but situation need to be assess case to case. As an employee of one of the mega retail chain, I expected Molebogeng to understand my situation and treat me like a customer, moreover treat me with respect and humanity, but instead she brainlessly turn me away.

My experience in Game Store Hammanskraal is humiliating and unacceptable, and in future I will not make use of this store and I will not recommend anyone to make use of this store.
