Extraordinary Salesperson

Recently was in the market for a new washing machine. Went to my local Game store (Game City, City View Mall, Umgeni Rd, Dbn). Was assisted by a salesman whose name was Carl. He had this warm and friendly attitude the moment he greeted my family and I. We explained to him what we were looking for. He shared with us his advice, personal experience and insight - this was truly welcomed since before going to the store we were confused by all the different options available. He gave us clarity and even confidence in choosing the machine best suited to our needs. This man is a plethora of knowledge, and when asked more detailed questions, he surprised me with equally informative responses. These were certainly well above his training and pay-grade. This is the kind of model salesman that every other salesman should try and emulate/learn from. I hope Game will recognize the asset they have in this man, and recognize him as such!
