EXTENDED WARRANTY - TV

Ref 621977 - first call made was on 18/08/2020. i have phoned in with my broken TV to the extended warranty department on the above date. it is now 13/10/2020 and i still have not received a single call from Game to say to me what is happening to my TV. this is the second time that this is happening to me. My previous Ref number is 529975. it seems this is the only way that Game will respond to my queries.VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY GAME IS HANDLING ALL QUERIES. I WILL DEFINITELY THINK TWICE ABOUT BUYING AT THIS STORE AGAIN.
