Extended Warranty ****
Hello Peter in 2017 we bought a samsung fridge with water dispenser we even took out extended warranty for piece of mind, we asked the sales consultant if it covers the water dispenser we were told yes, however on the 5th of November i went to go book the fridge due to the water dispenser leaking, we were given a Ref No which is as follows: Ref 702629. A technician was sent to our house in November to come and have a look at it and even he told us that the warranty covers the water dispenser. I have been going back to Game ever since for feedback and yesterday after a month and a half i was told the warranty does not cover the water dispenser and we need to pay for call out fee and replacement of water dispenser. Please can you help us. This is so ******** of Game to sell extended warranties to customers.
Unfortunately this issue has been allocated to the relevant department yesterday and the feedback remains the same, according to the extended warranty manager the water dispenser is not covered, which is unexceptable and unfair towards us as the customer as we were sold an extended warranty which does not cover water dispensers but was told it does. So please tell me who's in the wrong now.
