Extended warranty ****

DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ...it is just a money making exercise for Game stores. I've bn trying since 22 Sept to get service for my broken washing machine... to date, I'm still waiting! No one calls you back, when u finally get hold of a "human being" to speak to.. they give false promises, call you (the customer) a ****, everyone gives a different story, the manager, who i finally got hold of, then just dismisses you as a person. Sent email after numerous calls, and everyone promises to get back to you, but NO ONE DOES. I have spent more than R50 000 at Game, and always taken EXTENDED warranty, and this is my 1st time I have a claim, and this is the service I have received thus far. Today, I still have a broken machine, and No one has gotten back to me in last 2 weeks.
