Extended warranty problems

Logged 8calls under warranty an now 2nd under extended. The problem is that the unit leaks. So e.g. The motor burns out because it leaks. But the technician does not log the leak only the motor. So extended warrantee wont replace the unit. So over two yrs i hav logged TEN CALLS. Why can the unit not be replaced?<br> Also your technicians never make appointments. They just arrive and are rude when it is locked although they did not call. <br> Also i am not kept up to date with informationn <br> I am ready to bring the unit and leave it on your n1 city managers desk!!
